What is an aerator? How can I tell if my faucet is compatible with this product?

A faucet spout is the nozzle on a faucet from which water flows out. To check compatibility, please check your spout: (1) see if there's a removable tip piece; (2) if not, look for internal or external threads; (3) square spouts are not compatible.
How to remove the aerator?

Usually you can unscrew it by hand. If it's tight, wrap a cloth around the spout for protection and use a wrench. Recessed plastic aerators may need a special key tool (not included) — a coin can sometimes work. Please also take out the rubber ring.
What can I do if the included adapters don’t fit my faucet?

We provide extra adapters and always here for help. Reach out with these pictures refer to manual: (1) faucet spout after the aerator and gasket removed; (2) the aerator itself; (3) Measure the male thread on faucet or aerator with the tape included.
How to use the included threads?

Firstly, please try to use the female 55/64"(22mm) thread on the diverter. If not fit, there are 5 adapters for option. Each of then has a male 55/64"(22mm) to connect with the diverter, the other end is for faucet.
Why is the shower holder not working?

This is usually due to an incorrect hose connection. The round end should attach to the shower head, and the hex nut connects to the diverter. Please double-check the connections and try again.
